The first review on this is totally bogus because this is the best new smoke shop around! Better prices, merchandise and people. Always have new items to check out and are always well stocked. My go to smoke shop now, and its not far away

Great service and very informed workers

Poor and appalling service the entire time i was there. Only one older guy working at the register when i came in had ignored me for the first 5 minutes i was in the store just listening to his music blaring behind the counter. When i had asked for help looking for new supplies for my E-cig the guy didn't seem to know the first thing about anything they even had on the shelves. I had purchased a few bottles of juice that he never even labeled and i couldn't tell which one was which not to mention he had an outrageous amount of trouble just getting me a 5 pack of new coils for my subtank. During the middle of helping another customer he began to swear at them and claimed that he knew more than they did about tobacco telling them to get out of the store immediately. Sorry Shorewood Tobacco but with that kind of service that will be the last time i ever go near your store.
