Pacific Laundromat

This place absolutely ruined almost 2 entire loads of our laundry. Which cost almost $700 to replace. They were unwilling to refund us any amount or take responsibility for getting blue and red ink all over our clothes.



Not only do we check the pockets by myself and my wife every week before we turn over our laundry but they state that they also do this. They also stated that the clothes did not have ink on them when they folded them and put them into the bag. But somehow when we got the clothes home and opened them what looks like an entire load or two of colors has blue and red ink all over our shirts, jeans, shorts, kids pajamas, etc.



Their only remedy was to give us back the $55 we paid them to ruin our clothes BUT that they would have to keep ALL of our clothes even the ones that were not damaged! Absolutely the worst place I have ever done business. The owner and employee stated that it is not what our clothes are worth to replace them, but their depreciated value and that our clothes were not worth more than $55. We had over 31 items some of which were only a month or so old of designer jeans, shirts, etc. That would mean that each item is worth $3 in their opinion?!? WTF? REALLY!



Beware if you use this place as we would always get someone else underwear and other clothing in our items sometimes. God only knows what we lost due to their incompetence. Not to mention the help is obviously GED deprived! WAY STUPID!



We will hopefully have our day in court!
