SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! THEY STOLE OUR ITEMS WHILE WE LOANED...We loaned 4 ps4 games total.... 2 battlefield games, bloodborne, and one Mortal Kombat. I purchased mortal kombat brand new not long ago for $65 for my husbands birthday. We loaned these while we were out of town and when we come back they give us 4 games wrapped in plastic so we didnt see anything missing or wrong. He made us sign lots of papers, then as soon as we get home and unwrap the plastic, NO mortal kombat. Instead they gave us a $15 call of duty ghosts game. HOW DOES A COMPANY GET AWAY WITH STEALING?? We go back there and they were SO sketchy like the manager knew what happened. On our ticket receipt it only said "4 various games" when it should have listed each specific one... So there was no way to prove he did it on purpose. He went to the back and came back to offer us some piece of crap headset that was worth $5 at gamestop. This is THEFT and EMBEZZLEMENT and NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will be calling corporate. I am so glad i had nothing of major value there.. but moral of the story DO NOT LOAN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS STOLEN. What a sketchy store and sketchy people. Never again.
