I am a Real Estate agent in the Great lakes Bay Region and recently reach out to Rite Choice Heating and Cooling to help with a furnace in a vacant house. We were in need of the furnace to be check and started for an inspection the following day. We had a short window due to Christmas just around the corner as well as my client leaving for just over a week. I called Mike later in the night while he was on his way home from his company Christmas party. Although he has prior engagements for the following morning he went above and beyond by going out to the home very early in the morning to ensure we could still obtain the inspection we had schedule for later in the day. I will recommend him to all my future clients and co workers due to his timely and professional service!!!

It was a freezing day in the winter, the heat went out. The propane take was full. We did not know who to call. Gas prices are so high we needed a close repair person. We called Rit Choice Heating Inc. First time calling, had no idea who they were. The repair person came right away, checked everthing, replaced the themostat with one on his truck ( it is so wonderful not to have to wait until they order or go pick up a part) and warm air came aflowing. Very affordable charge for his service and the part. The repair man was a really friendly and professional. Put us at ease immediately.
