        Overall

        My experience with Dr Cassidy and her staff was A+. We had to put our Baby Holly down after 15 wonderful years. As we all know this is like losing a child and as my wife and I cried our eyes out in their office that horrible day, the compassion from this staff was Heart Felt. We thank them all from the bottom of our hearts.

        Don't Bother!

        I have a great Vet in Lake County, but they offer no boarding services. So I stopped by this facility around 2pm during the week. I walked into a totaly empty lobby. As I walked in the receptionist was answering the phone, so I thought No problem I will wait. Well, I stood and waited and waited and waited. Honestly, I did not expect the receptionist to put the person on hold and focus all her attention on me. I did expect her to look up, smile and say Hi... I will be with you in just a minute. Even after she hung up...she took her time to look up to acknowledge me. And I have never been at any Vet office and not seen another living soul in the lobby .The exam rooms were open and empty. To me this was a bad sign. If this woman who was running the front part of this office , could not even acknowledge me....I would not want to even risk taking my precious pets there and expect them to be attentive to them or my concerns if a real health issue occured.

        GREAT CLINIC

        I had my first visit to this clinic last week and was extremely pleased with the level of care. First, they schedule by appt which is important to me as time is important to me. I was amazed at the way the staff interacted with their clients and our pets - very nice and CLEAN clinic. The Vet explained the importance of ear care in Fla as well as other things like fleas year round. Im used to a colder climate. I found this clinic very informative and felt educated about my dogs condition when I left.
