Charlie's Nails & Spa

Charlie has always done an exceptional job on my nails and toes. His skill level is above anyone I have been to over the past 15 years. I will highly recommend him to anyone who wants a professional nail dip.

Excellent service and skills, my favorite place to get MANI-PEDI & FACIAL. I like the 'dipping' instead of the old way of applying acrylic nails.

I have been a customer of Charlie's for over 11 years. I have always been treated like royalty. I would and have sent friends and even strangers to Charlie's, I would say that if anyone was not treated well is is perhaps of the attitude of the customer.

I have visited this salon 2 different times. The first being the day before my daughter's wedding 9 mos. ago and the 2nd just recently. The only reason I have rated it this high was because my first visit went so well. The lady that helped me the first time was very professional and courteous. All tools were in sealed containers and massages were timed. I would've been a lifelong client, if the visits were consistent. My second visit was with a older male. During my stay, I learned he was the owner. I expected my experience to be very good, in light of my first visit and the fact that ...I had the owner helping me. It became very obvious that helping me was the last thing he wanted to be doing (possibly prejudged on my ability to tip?) I was there with my daughter, hoping to have a nice visit. We were seated together..but it took much longer for someone to start my pedi than it did for her (even though employees were standing around). Eventually the owner came and started my pedicure. He was distracted and speaking in an Asian tongue to the employee beside him, smirking frequently. Five minutes in..he clipped part of my toe with a cutting tool...when I jumped in pain, he looked at it and said I had ingrown toenails. I have NEVER had an ingrown toenail and I'm very aware of that condition as my daughter had to have treatment for one as a child. He wasn't paying attention. Needless to say, the entire visit was unpleasant.. right down to the end when he said he'd be back in 5 min. to check on the drying---and 15 min. later he still hadn't come back into the front part of the salon. I must say, though, that during the time he was working with me, 2 other patrons he knew came in and were given the red carpet. They were apparently involved with his advertising. ...BUT..I was basically a NEW patron and he was the OWNER!! I can say that this was the worst treatment I have ever received anywhere!!!
