I would like to extend my apologies with regards to the length of time it has taken us to attempt to find repair parts. It appears we were unsuccessful in finding these parts. It is my understanding that when my plumber looked at your shower it was already in pieces and that the valve was broken with the cartridge stuck in there. We can find the cartridge, it's the valve that is the issue, and we did our best to attempt to find the broken part to save you money. I would like to present the fact that the date we were at your house was July 30th, 2015 exactly one month ago. I also see that we were successful in repairing your garbage disposal and the charge for this service call was $90.00 - Coupons are only valid on repair charges, not the service call itself. Our website does explain that. It is normal and customary to charge a service call and then upon doing any repair work, those charges are in addition, sort of like an office visit, then any lab work or other incidentals, you are charged separately. We did not charge for any additional work - just the service call fee where a coupon is not valid. In all this, the only regret I have as the business owner is that we took too long to call you back when were unable to locate the valve. Yes, communication could have been better but if we wronged you by attempting to find repair parts for an already broken shower valve that was in pieces when we first saw it, I cannot believe any reasonable person would agree with that. Disappointing a customer is not any past-time of ours, and we do apologize that you had to wait a month to hear there were no repair parts. I have attempted to reach out to you today, August 31st to discuss with you personally but you were unavailable. I would like anyone reading this review to understand that we did not break your shower and were only attempting to repair it in the least costly way possible for you. I understand your anger but it is misapplied. Your statement above says that we only care about money which had that been the case, you would have been charged for the service call and the actual repair on your garbage disposal but you were not.
