Tim, Poletski's Service Guy, gets 10 stars for exceptional service and a little wizardry! We bought a brand new Samsung Range on line, installed it and the oven would not work. Samsung was horrible to deal with. After hours of trying to get some service they told me that there was no service contract in my area (Eureka, Ca), and to disable it and they would provide a refund. On me to dispose of the brand new range! Turns out, a friend told me that Poletski's does have a Samsung service contract. And Tim figured out the problem despite no help from Samsung. He was friendly, informative, knew his stuff; in short, however many stars there are, he and Poletski's gets them!
