Metroplex Auto Body

Our suburban was damaged on the left driver door, fender and hood. It is 14 years old. We have State Farm Insurance. The door, fender and hood were replaced and matched perfectly. Even the new paint matched the old. Our son-in-law, who is a 23 year auto body repairman, could not find any discrepancies. Metroplex has been doing work for us and our son for over 30 years, and have always been completely satisfied.

For the last thirty-nine years Metroplex Auto Body has always strived to do quality repairs.  With that as our ultimate goal, unfortunately, mistakes do happen.  When this occurs we are quick to correct the error.  Customer satisfaction is paramount to the staff at Metroplex Auto Body.  Body shops are required to follow specific guidelines from the various insurance companies.  Guidelines include allowing the use of salvaged, like-kind, quality parts when available.  This is allowed by insurance companies to reduce the overall cost of the claim; therefore saving money for the customer on his/her policy.  After consulting with the insurance company, it was agreed that Metroplex Auto Body would install some new parts instead of used parts, replace some parts that apparently were preexisting and not related to the accident, and declined to replace a part requested by the customer.  Based on the age and condition of the pinstripes, some were deemed unmatchable for repair.  The area in question was repainted and re-striped according to the customer's request.  Safety is always a priority; it is never compromised.
