Duane's Automotive

He is the best mechanic ever, not only the price is amazing but they are incredibly honest. We are not only amazed by his honesty but by how much he cares and his prices are great!!

We use Duane's whenever we have any car issues. There's a lot of auto shops in the mid-cities area, but the reasons we keep going back to Duane's are quite simple: honesty, fair pricing, and fast work. I even went once because our check engine light indicated an emissions problem. Duane's said sure we could take it in but we'd just have someone else fix it and and then we'd have to charge you. They recommended where I should take it. That's the type of honesty you need from an auto-shop. Duane's have even been happy to fit a part that I have bought myself, for the labour charge. You cannot get better than that. I am more than happy to recommend Duane's!

Duane's is simply the best. Duane and his son are very honest and great at what they do. We have a 2012 Kia that suffered some damage to the condenser causing the air conditioning not to work. Al's radiator shop fixed the condenser and Duane charged the air conditioning. When I took the car to the dealership they wanted about $1000.00 to fix this. Between Al's and Duane's the total cost for repair was $60.00. Today, the air conditioner quit working... Went to Duane's and turns out we had a loose wire to the fuse. NO CHARGE to fix! Thank you Duane, we can't thank you enough.

Duanes Automotive is the best auto repair shop in DFW. He is very honest and backs up all his work. I have reccomended him to many of my friends. They have had check engine lights come on. The mecanics checks the problem and many times tell the customer

he feel there is not an issue and reccomends they continue to drive. He doesn't charge them for the work. He does not need to advertise as his treatment of customers gets him all the business.

Had trouble with my Ford Taurus (turns out it was spark plug issue) and was reffered to Duane's Automotive through a friend. I was always apprehensive about trying an independent mechanic but after this experience I will never go to anyone else! Duane was professional and curteous and didn't even try to give me "run around" like I'd received at other places before. My car was fixed timely and I paid way less than the quotes I receieved from other automive shops. He was very personable )even had pictures of his familiy and kids hanging up) and polite. I asked why I've never heard of Duane's Automotive before and he simply replied "I don't do advertising, I believe that 'word of mouth' is much more valuable". Well, Duane's Automotive just got advertising from me as I've told all my friends and family. I have finally found a rare thing - the honest mechanic!
