        Not the greatest. Trash compacter is ALWAYS overflowing all over the sidewalk and grass. Residents pay $10/mo for trash pickup + $3.75/mo for trash billing in addition to the water and sewer charges. With 360+ apts we need more than the 1 compacter and 3 small dumpsters i,,, and trash pickup more than once a week. We pay $5 monthly for pest control but they come in only if you make a request and then it's only for the current problem. The garage door opener works sporadically Maintenance man has "put a band aid" on the mechanism several times but it only works for a short time before the problem starts again. When we moved in we were told the carpeting had been cleaned ... it was NOT ... actually needs replacing. The tile in the bathrooms and laundry room need replacing (original tile)... in very bad shape. Buildings are not being maintained well. Had looked forward to living here and am quite disappointed. Hate the thought of moving but hate the thought of staying even more.

        I would not recommend this property. I have had numerous problems getting someone to call me back ect....When my garage door quite working it took 2 weeks for them to get it fixed and I could not get anyone to call me back and at least let me know what was going on. When we first moved into the apartment, it was not ready. The demo stuff was still in the apt, frig was not working, air condintioner went out twice and took quite some time to fix and once again noone would return my call. First time I went to use the workout facility...NOTHING WORKED and it was all in horrible condition.

        The apartments are nice but very expensive and not worth it, especially when it comes to customer service and thinking about their tenants.

        It has been one thing after another and I am looking forward to moving this month.
