        Staff have always been helpful and efficient. Now if a customer elects to treat the employee rudely I have seen employee assume a wooden or placid or emotionless face in preparation for another rare rude customer. Staff minimize interaction in those cases. Frankly, I hope AI robots of the future simply crane such customers outside the building as soon as they erupt or turn obnoxious. That would leave staff and not rude customers to enjoy a very special dessert and coffee cafe. Two other fantastic dessert places have closed, Cafe Zenon over a decade ago and Excelsior Inn. Customers need to patronize this fantastic place. Why not treat employees with kindness and compliments to make everyone enjoy their work and simple pleasure of a sweet snack?

        Dessert was tasty, but unfortunately customer service was poor. I was treated rudely when ordering and paying. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other places in Eugene to get a treat and be treated sweet!

        The Best Bakery Ever!

        This is the best place to get decadent, yummy treats. The desserts are amazing, and many are vegan. The prices are very reasonable too! A great place to take a date!
