The dentist and assistant were good as are the people who try at the desk. The problem is Advantage itself and the system. Everything is so hurried to maximize MONEY for the big corporates it is impossible for even caring staff to give good care. This is the bottom line. After first getting forgotten about in the getting dentures process then I was given complete horrible aftercare. Had to find out how to survive from other dental websites and online resources. No excuse for some redhead to read some generic inadequate instructions to you at the end then hand you a paper with inadequate instructions on it. Never met someone who seems so uncaring in my whole life as her, seen her go though her speel several times qs people were beong hurried out!!!
