Terrible! Liars and thieves. They tried to con me out of nearly $2,000 for repairs that I didn't need! I had two other reputable shops look at the repair list they gave me, check out my car, and personally show me the lies that Charlie and Ray's said to my face. DON'T waste your time or your hard earned money here. They act all friendly like they care, but they only want your money and they don't care how they get it. They look at you if you don't know a lot about cars and take full advantage.
I take 45 company vehicles here for service and they are honest and trustworthy. Ray over sees every job and makes sure all the work is done right. My family takes there cars here too. Every person I send here comes back and raves about there experience. Lisa who runs the office couldn't be any more pleasant to deal with in the auto repair business! Highly recommend
I have been and will continue to be a loyal customer to Charlie and Ray's for many reasons. The shop itself is operated in a very professional way. their service is prompt and their recommendations are always honest. I never have to worry about unnecessary charges or repairs, like I got from my dealer. I HIGHLY recommend this shop.
