Computerized Cobbler

This owner and the other one I've seen work there (I think they are family) are just weird. Very unfriendly that borders on being rude. I saw a pair of shoe laces I was considering, but didn't see a price. I went up to ask her and she said they were $13.99, which seemed a bit excessive. I kept on looking around and saw the same exact pair that was misplaced somewhere else in the store and it had a sticker that said $4.99. I went up to her (think her name is Bertha) just to let her know so she could re-tag it and she looked like she sucked on a bag of lemons or something. She physically yanked the shoelaces out of my hand, shook her head and walked away. Very weird! Never had that happen to me before.

I didn't go there really intending to get anything, but I'll sure never go back now. Seems by most reviews that they have a penchant for rude behavior and shoddy work. Not a good combo in business. Will definitely not step foot in there again. All the more happier for it. Best of luck, Computerized Cobbler!

I have a light leather moto coat and asked if they could shorten the sleeves. It was extremely expensive ($90) to do so but it seemed they would know what to do. They took my money up front which was a bit disconcerting.

I brought it out to wear in the lighter weather and the sleeves were too short and there were bumps in the leather because they were not gathered and sewn correctly. I took it back and was told they could redo it for another $60 "because the work has already been done." I don't trust they know what to do and I will take it to San Diego Leather Co. and have them attempt to correct the poor work. Plus, I will have SDLC do all my leather goods from now on even though it's in National City.

Exceptionally rude store owner. I would highly recommend going to a more reputable store if you plan to purchase shoes or boots. They only provide a 15 day window for returns and are u willing to work with you outside that window. When I spoke with her on the phone she was extremely rude and even hung up on me. And this is the owner. Stay Away!!
