After an extensive research on car buying and leasing, I decided to lease a new ct200h. I have been looking for a new car for some time now since I was going to pass on my current car to my younger brother. I decided on getting a Lexus because of the quality that is associated with the brand. Having been a valet, I gained a sense of what car brands (interior/exterior) were of good quality and those that were lacking. Lexus cars were one of my favorite cars to drive at work. During my research I decided I wanted a hatchback because the aesthetics of hatchbacks appeal to me. Fortunately, Lexus had a hatchback and It is a hybrid. It is a win-win situation for me because I also wanted to lessen my carbon footprint. So I reached out to Lexus and Crsytal Doroliat was the person who aided me in through the process. It took weeks for me to finally decide and I appreciate her patience throughout it all. She was persistent but not annoying unlike other car dealership salespeople whenever I would make an inquiry. I visited other car dealerships but I was not impressed. It was the last last day of March and she sincerely offered me to come and take a tour since great deals were about to end in March. I had nothing to lose so why not? Upon my arrival, Crystal welcomed me at the door and offered me a tour of Lexus Escondido. She first took me to the cafe and offered me free drinks and pastries- I felt like home and who doesn't like free food!? Anyways after this she took me to the 2nd and 3rd floors where she showed me around the Lexus Technology Center as well as their Vintana restaurant. Afterwards offered me to take a test drive which I appreciated because I did not want to do business without having been able to get a feel of the car I wanted to purchase. After the test drive she asked me how I felt about the car we basically conversed about my options and what was best for me. Ultimately, after a stress free and relaxing experience I decided to purchase the Lexus ct200h. I want to personally thank Crystal as well as Aisha for an amazing experience especially since this was my first time dealing with a car purchase. You all must check this dealership out! It is insanely huge and make sure you speak with Crystal! You won't regret it! She is mindful of your time but does not sacrifice the amount of information that needs to be conveyed! #efficient#LexusEscondido#ct200h#Firsttimebuyer#Bestdealership

Picture this, you walk in, you are promptly greeted with a smile and a sincere how can I help you today? You tell them your cars problem and they quickly access the problem and hand you a quote. No you’re not dreaming. This is what happens everyday at D.Mac’s Automotive, that’s why they have become kind of a local landmark, if you mention the name, someone always responses, hey I know that place, and he works on my cars. Mac as he’s called is Dennis MacDonald (now you get where the D.mac comes from) He and his wife Cheri believe in good old fashioned customer service (something a lot of places have forgotten about) their motto: HONESTY IN AUTOMOTIVE. Did someone say Pontiac? This is D.Mac’s specialty, from restoration repairs, parts and advice you will see, if you have been to the local race track or drag strip, Cruising Grand on Friday night or at one of the local Classic car shows, one name is sure to come up, D.mac’s automotive. Mac is well known for his ability to fine tune these gentle old metal beasts and let them show off their sleek and gentle side, while on the other hand, he can bring the monster in them alive making them a thunderous fire breathing, competitor shaking in their boots machine, I’ve seen it, it has been done!
Some bozo ended up keying my car pretty bad, to the point where it cut into the metal. I wasn't going to take my chances taking it some generic body shop. But being fairly new to the area, I wasn't sure where to go to get work done on my BMW. Through word of mouth I heard about Diamond auto body. Right away, they made me feel comfortable. They told me how long it would take, how much it would cost, and showed me some examples of their prior work. The price they quoted me was $200 below what everyone else was offering. I was still a little nervous after I left my car with them, but they called me whenever there was an update. I came back at the end of the day and the car looked awesome. I swear the paintjob looked like it was factory work, fresh off the boat. The nice thing is they guarantee the quality of their finished work. They even gave me a bottle of touch up paint. I was so impressed by the work that when I wanted to get a rear spoiler added, I went to Diamond again. It took them probably less than half a day to set me up. I hope I never need to use another body shop again, but if I do, I know who to go to.
