Doctors' Urgent Care Office

Very disappointed. Just wanted a second opinion on a sore throat I had been having, felt I didn't get answers at the first urgent care I was seen at the day before.. Wasn't strep throat but I was feeling terrible. The lady doctor told me I looked fine and it was just drainage. And asked me what I was seeking.. I could hear them talking about me as well when I was in the exam room.I have two small children I just wanted to make sure I was taking the right antibiotics and steps to feel better. I will never go there again. I cried on my way home. It's very frustrating when you feel so bad and doctors are so quick to assume you want some drugs. I just wanted help. Hopefully she treats other patients better. And now i feel even worse than before I went!

I went there for a visit on my reoccurrence symptom illness (gout). They sent a rookie doctor (Chris Schneider) that didn t get enough medications for my treatment. When i called back for an answer. They said it s their policies and procedures on restriction for a refill.All i ask for was enough medication till time for my primary Doctor and all they think is MONEY; instead of patient pain and treatment. Such a shame on Urgent Care.
