I've been going here since I mloved to Erie (3 1/2 ) yrs ago. Amy has been my hairdresser the entire time. She is very personable w/m e and her other customers. I'm almost 59 yrs old and I ask her opinion on what would look best on me. She was extremely helpful to me w/ my hair and applying my make-up; for my wedding last Sept(11). I have been gettkng the 'textured' perms kince I've been coming here. I love them !! My hkir has lots more body than before. Also, the Eufora hair productsl are the best products I have ever used on my hair. They do not leave a build-up on my hair. They a bit expensive, but I would never go back to using my previous Nexus or Paul Mitchell p;roducts. They are by far the very best!!! I couldn't be more pleased with them or Amy. My hair is healthier now than before I started coming here. I will never stop coming here. It is all worth the money!!
Amazing service. Super friendly staff. They remember everyone! I made the mistake of going elsewhere last week on my lunch for a simple fill, which was done horribly. I stopped in tonight to try and salvage it, and the woman who helped me did an incredible job. We ended up having to remove the nails and start over, but she took her time and made my new set look perfect. The result was a perfect manicure that could possibly pass for natural nails. I'll never make the mistake of going elsewhere again.
I went to Frank 49 years ago. He was the first to cut my hair. I recently moved back to Erie. My hair was shoulder length. It wasn't like that since the 70s. I went to Frank because of his experience and he is a salon. An hour later and lots of old memories, my hair was done. Thick, full, not long and I loved it. I am heading back and as long as he is there, he will be my barber. He cuts hair to the person. So many times I looked like every other bloke. Not at Franks. Great guy, great haircut.
