They wouldn't let us pre order and then eat it there I only have an hour lunch so if it ready when I get there I will have enough time to get back
I ordered lunch from here today as I do quite often and I am usually quite satisfied. Today however, I ordered the soup and salad deal and asked for extra ranch dressing this took about an hour. I then gave the person taking my order the directions to my building and they asked if it was okay for the driver to call when he got there. I said fine. The driver calls and I give him the directions. He doesn't show up. I call him back and he swears he's here. So it gets cleared up he just went to the wrong building. That's totally fine! Mistakes happen. What is not fine is the attitude that I got when he finally got there. He huffed and groaned. Ugh! Oh. They also forgot my Italian bread.
There subs is great but not the service or the delivery...my food was almost 2 hours late so I called them when the driver come with the food the manager had a problem with giving me 4.00 off my order really???if I was u I would not order over the phone go Into the store to get UR food
