Shortly after 6pm I called in an order for 2 pizzas and was told 30-45 minutes for pick up. Upon my arrival to pick up my order I was among 10 or so other customers waiting to pick up their orders. Both myself and another individual waited another 20 minutes before our orders were finally ready. The 5 or so members of the kitchen staff looked to have NO organization what so ever mixing up orders and arguing back and forth with each other. The one and only reason for leaving still satisfied was the male server working the front counter. I could tell he was over worked, but kept the front in order with amazing professionalism and comfort of the several disgruntled customers. To who it matters, that employee deserves something for handling that situation I witnessed in a organized and positive way! And lastly I wondered, where was management during all of this? As far as I could tell, the gentleman at the front counter would've been my guess..though he was just a server. Thanks again for your help.
Enchiladas were good, servings were generous and the guacamole and refried beans were great. (Nothing worse than pasty, tasteless refried beans.) Not a lot of atmosphere for a Mexican restaurant, but the food more than makes up for that and the entrees are reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend it, and it's nice to have a decent Mexican place right downtown!
By now, a lot of people know about Little Caeser's Hot 'n Ready deal. Who can resist the $5 (or $5.55, depending on location) steal. At that price, feel free to splurge on the crazy bread or other goodies. My big complaint is that often they don't have the crazy bready ready, and doesn't that take the Ready out of the deal?
