Over many years, we have asked Ray to fix all of our major appliances, washer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and furnace. I trust his judgment and advise since he was always trying to do the best and most cost effective solutions based on his long experience in the industry. Once, he even made a part to replace a filter that was no longer available for the furnace. He has consistently gone the extra mile mining resources to find parts to fix things. Our latest problem is my 43 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Ray told us the most likely solution over the phone and my husband is off to get the part. Ray is an incredible resource.
