        poor customer service

        Refused rental because I'm on the averaged billing program for my electric bill and my current bill showed a small balance carried over from the prior month (sometimes this amount is a negative amount, depending on usage). Avis and Hertz clearly understand average billing plans and do not discriminate customers in this way. I called Enterprise prior to my arrival and they should have advised me of this policy before I made the 30 mile trek to their office. I'll never rent from them again nor can I recommend them to others.
