I would normally not give a rating this high for car maintenance, but the well above average customer service I received here truly deserves this rating. I stopped in for very basic service needs (oil change and a tire balance/rotation). The length of time for the oil change was pretty typical for a dealership. When I returned for my car we were discussing what had been done and the rotation had been forgotten. Instead of getting the typical "deal with it" treatment that I have gotten from shops and dealerships in other locations the service personnel admitted it was their mess up and immediately got my car back into the shop to accomplish it for no additional cost. This alone would have been enough for me to be at least content with the service, but once they began removing my tires it was discovered that my wheel lock was missing from my car. Since they didn't have one in the shop and mine could not be located within the vehicle, one of the mechanics offered to drive home and retrieve his own so that I could still get the car serviced and not have to purchase a pricey full kit immediately.
I decided to go to Jackson's of Enid. After telling Shane what I was looking for, he told me he had the car for me. He showed me a very nice mini van complete with a DVD player. Offered me a great price, low payments, a warranty and said this car is sound mechanically. He said he gives me his word - They always stand behind their vehicles, of course I thought that was just the average salesman talk. I did buy the minivan from Jackson's of Enid. Two and a half years later I have only had one issue with the car, and Shane followed through with his word and backed up the vehicle he sold me. I am now a firm believer that Shane is more than a salesman. He is an honest man, who runs an honest business. I currently live in Texas, but will make the five hour drive back to Enid to buy from Jackson's of Enid for my next car purchase. It is not often in this day and time to find a car dealer with such integrity. I highly recommend Jackson's of Enid!
Today I said goodbye to a good and faithful friend, my 2010 Challenger. You might think that is odd, but that car was my constant companion for 5 years, through rain and sleet and snow and heat. Not one time did I fail to get where I was going, safe and secure. As with many things in life, comes a time to part ways. I took this faithful old gal back to the dealership from whence she came, Jacksons of Enid, and traded her off for a newer and younger sister, a 2015 Charger. Because I liked this one so well, I got the same color, and I can already tell this will be a great new friend! I'm looking forward to some great road trips! Oh, and I highly recommend that dealership and the sales staff, especially Kent, who made this process quick and easy.
