Stamford Square

If you are looking for an apartment in the Manalapan, Englishtown area stay away from Stamford Square "Luxary Condos". The owners and management are garbage and crooks. They try to get out of paying back the security deposit. They come up with outlandish repairs that they claim they had to do in order to compile a bill that exceeds your security deposit and you have to owe them LOL. It is comical. They have done this to every tenant that has moved in to that complex. If you or anyone that you know has encountered this situation with this complex please reach out to me.

I lived here for 3!/2 years.. I moved out leaving them time to paint , clean the apt for the next rental i even went as far as showing the apt while still living here to the next rental. IN RETURN to being nice. i was given a bill for wear and tear that has eaten up my seq deposit . I was told in advance by there employe not to be surprised by this it is common for them to STEAL honest peoples money.The office is rude crude and will not get away with this small claims court here i come. Management is rude to "certain" types of people. They gossip about you to other tenants, I had mouse problem and I'm a very clean person. It's like a frat party always loud music etc, other tenants look down on you no one is friendly! You feel like you're in jail and always being watched.

Made an appointment to view the apartments at 5:30. We arrived to an empty office and voice mail. We drove from an hour away and wasted our money to see nothing. If management is this unreliable, why would anyone possibly rent from them. Shame shame.

I have lived in this community for 1.5 years and had no problems with the landlord. The apartments had beautiful finishes and whenever there was an issue, the maintenance man would attend to the problem right away. The landlord was very responsive. I was nervous when it came to the return of the security deposit, but I did receive most of it back. I just referred my friend to The Stamford Square and they are very happy. I highly recommend this community.

You do not want to live here unless you have no choice (lost your job, bankrupt ..)

They treat the tenants like they are doing them a favor, they promised a Gym in January but it will not be ready before September. The parking is a mess. The girl in the office is very nice but the management behind her are are awful.

Noise at night, beer bottles- if you are looking for a tail gate party every night - this is the place for you
