Anderson's Vacuum & Sewing Center

Remember 'customer service'? I had forgetten what it was...or, more correctly, what GOOD customer service was until I took my Hoover canister vacuum to Anderson's. With my brief explanation I was told, "probably a bad motor.,,,but we'll check it out and call you." They did, and it was and two days later it was repaired and no charge since it was still under warranty. I guess I'm used to NOT having good customer service so, I had to tell someone! These people are professional, communicate well, and fast, reliable service. I thought you should know!

MY FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH ANDERSON'S FOR YEARS. TIME AND TIME AGAIN THEY IMPRESS ME WITH THEIR OUTSTANDING SERVICE. RECENTLY WE NEEDED A NEW VACUUM AND ALTHOUGH THEY HAD TO ORDER THE VACUUM FOR ME, THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES (PROBABLY) WILLING TO ORDER SOMETHING JUST FOR ME (KNOWING WHAT VACUUM IS BEST FOR MY SITUATION. I LOVE MY NEW MIELE. THEY ARE GREAT, THANKS GUYS AND GALS!

I have been in this store twice and found exactly what I needed for a carpet cleaner.They also have air purifiers which is my next purchase.Easy to get to right on Broadway and the prices are great.They really know their products and the carpet cleaner they recommemnded to me is affordable for me and so easy to use too.The sales men are wonderful and will demonstrate easily how to use these products.I will buy my carpet cleaning needs here first.They also sell an alergy free mattress cover which I need so, there you go!Try this store first and see how you feel about it before yo go anywheres else for your cleaning products.I highly recommend it.
