I rented from them a few years ago--STAY AWAY!! Owner's daughter manages it and is completely incompetent yet watches your every move. There is more but I'm keeping this brief. Apartment was nice but definitely not worth the hassle she causes.

Avoid! Horrible property manager, obnoxious and extremely loud. All I could hear was my obese neighbor above me engaged in disgusting acts. Mold and bug infested. Owner is a miserable walking dead troll who refused to address any issue. Owner's daughter manages property and consumes 60 % of parking spaces. Poor snow removal. She keeps everyone's security deposit. Currently under investigation by HUD!
