        Overall

        VERY disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Whirly Ball is a blast and in the past I had recommended you to multiple people. We booked the place months in advance to come back again only to find out that you double booked and we are no longer welcome at that date and time! Blown away that the most recent booking was not asked to reschedule since we had booked first or at the very least offered something for the inconvenience. Now instead of mentioning the great time we had here to others I will be mentioning how I can't use the $100 voucher I bought and how our entire group's plans were ruined. Great way to end 2015 you guys
