The Wedding Works

The Wedding Works is amazing in my book. From the beginning to the very end Amanda has helped me with finding my gown, my bridesmaid gowns and my tuxedos. Her patience is a blessing, as I myself took over three months, yes THREE months to finally decide on the perfect dress! Never once had I felt pressured, like the other salons I had been to locally, and she was just always very honest and supportive of waiting until I was 100% sure and ready to decide. The rest of the staff was just as great and friendly when they helped us picking out everything else. This was a one stop shop for us and I would highly recommend using them over the Emporium or Danel. Their staff just wasn' t pleasant or welcoming at either store, which is what kept us going back here and loving it more and more every time! 10 stars if I could!

I just stopped in to look for dresses and ended up buying my wedding dress! The staff we attentive and helpful, but let my friend and I have the run of the place and I didn't feel pressured at all. My dress was super on sale but they didn't treat me badly like some other stores have with my smaller budget.

My daughter is getting married and so we have been very busy shopping for the gown, the bridesmaids, the groomsmen, etc. ...lots of planning..lots of decisions...we went to 5 different salons and finally found the best one of all to be "The Wedding Works" on Washington Ave. in Endicott, NY. Under new ownership, this is the one stop shopping experience for a wedding! large enough to have a great selection, small enough to give you personal care. Amanda, the owner, was so courteous and professional. She listened to our needs/desires/ dreams and went to work right away to help us in so many ways! She clearly explained deadlines, and shipping details, along with great suggestions for alterations and the timing necessary to ensure everything came when expected. She helped us avoid heartache by avoiding late ordering and extra fees...and she worked within our budget and made great suggestions to cut down on costs! She was eevn able to offer us some great sales and discounts to help Heather with her budget. Her wedding consultant Kendra was a miracle worker. Helping us with style choices, color schemes, headpieces, accessorizing and such things as coordinating the right kind of fabrics for the correct season of the wedding! having bought my dress there for my son's wedding, and now my daughter getting everything she needed for everyone in her bridal party...well I wouldn't shop anywhere else!!!... Kendra made it fun, and exciting and was so patient with our indecisions. In the end, all will be spectacular for Heather's big day! I can't thank Amanda and Kendra and "THE WEDDING WORKS" enough for making our dreams come true. They truly care about their customers! 5 stars out of 5!!!
