The manager Jean Jourdain made me feel like a low class citizen when I brought in a gift card from a contest. Found out it had nothing on it before ordering. I was embarrassed & shocked, especially because I won it in a prize package and the others worked. I asked our server to run the card again & give me a receipt showing a zero balance so I can inform the people that issued it. Jean returned with an irritated attitude & told me again. I asked him for a receipt & he said he couldn't give me one. No empathy, the server in the area all of a sudden ignored us, like we were invisible & when we got food, it obviously sat there for awhile. My friend even had to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water she asked for. We even had to wait for the bill. I was shocked, embarrassed, & mad all at the same time. Not to mention that he only allowed us to order appetizers; we ordered appetizers & he took our menus away, making us feel like he thought we didn't have money to pay for food. No one should have to experience what I did anywhere.
