How can a person properly thank another for helping her have a family? You will always be in our hearts. Thank you so much for our precious Corinne, and now our little Trevor. We were so disheartened after the miscarriages, and you helped our dreams come true.

Don't ever give up on your dreams. With an FSH of 22.5 and an AMH of 0.1, there were no fertility doctors willing to work with me unless I would consider donor egg IVF. I didn't feel like it was the right decision for my husband and I and after many years of trying and 2 years of devastation caused by the rejection of fertility clinics, I found Dr. Arnold. She was honest and straight forward about my situation but she was willing to take a chance on me and that was all I could ever have asked for. After just one cycle of IVF, I was pregnant with my own eggs, totally against all odds and quite a miracle considering my hormone levels. I am so thankful for Dr. Arnold and her team for giving me the opportunity that no one else was willing to give. If you are looking for a doctor that is willing to think outside the box and is not concerned about the "success ratios", I urge you to explore your options with Dr. Arnold.

just get to know us before we decided to meet her. She listens to you and answers your questions clearly in a intelligent yet digestible fashion. She and her staff have been compassionate and kind in our 2 years of working with them. They go far above and beyond the ordinary to try to make you feel like family, and comfortable. They handle the stress and hormonal swings of us gals on meds in such a loving way and make each phase of the process one of comfort and joy. Her personal touch and attention to your feelings, you clinically and personally is outstanding. We have been to many others and Boston, CA, MA and ME and she is the best worth traveling across the country for. She even makes personal calls to see how you are doing before it starts during and afterwards. Just an amazing doctor and staff. No need to go any where else if you have her near by.

Dr. Arnold and Staff have been completely wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr. Arnold's for about a year now and after meeting with several other fertility centers, I found her and her staff to be warm, knowledgeable and extremely helfpul. Behind every great Doctor, there is a great staff, like LInda, Marlena, MJ, Pati, and the list goes on. Everyone has a smile on their face and is open to helping each patient with their individual needs. I feel Dr. Arnold and her staff have gone above and beyond to help make my dreams come true. She welcomes absolutely everyone. Her team is positive, organized, yet very respectful & private. We know each person by name & give credit to their important role's individually. I enjoy going into the office, it feels like going home. A previous comment mentioned a small waiting room. The size of the premises is quite deceiving. There are actually 2 floors of offices, exam rooms, hospital=surgery & recovery rooms, the laboratory, & 2 waiting rooms (that are very comfortable, clean, modern, and welcoming). Dr. Arnold, the nurses, coordinator, & all seem to love where they spend each day. They very proudly gave us a tour. My husband & I have lived everywhere (he is an international airline pilot). We hold customer service/care as our highest regard. We are fair but strict evaluators. We are happy to write this rave review, grading Dr. Lori Arnold/CACRM 5 stars. She is the best of the best.

My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Arnold and her team, and we intend to visit them again to discuss their assistance with a future pregnancy. Could not be happier with Dr. Arnold and her team.

The Doctor came highly recommended to us, and we are very thankful for the referral we received to her. We were not an easy case because we have complications to deal with that extend beyond fertilization that provided risk to our process. The Doctor was very careful and concerned, provided great advice, supported her advice with mathematical facts, always consulted our other physician and ultimately succeeded in getting us pregnant. Our baby was born July 9 of this year and we could not be happier.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service, care and ultimately result (successful pregnancy) provided by the doctor and her team. Not sure about the person who talks about 5 seats in the waiting room, they have at least 3 offices that I know of (2 at the same medical complex in Encinitas alone) and a third in San Diego. People fly to see the Doctor from all over the world.

I wish there were more stars to give the Doctor and her staff! At every single appointment the doctor went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed. I felt she always had 110% of our best interest and genuinely listened and cared every step of the way! Marlena, the IVF coordinator, is absolutely amazing as well. She was always there, at any hour, for my endless questions and never made me feel awkward in asking for anything! The entire staff was great too! I never had to wait long for appointments and I was always greeted by my first name. Everyone super friendly and supportive. I could go on an on about my incredible experience with Dr. Arnold and her staff. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this amazing doctor!!!

Being a donor for them twice was the greatest experience, recently having another cycle through a different office I realized what a difference in staff. The office is so friendly and welcoming, not to mention so on top of if you need anything. They make you feel as if you are a part of a family not just the next one to come in. If I could recommend any of the 3 clinics I have been to this one would definitely be my first choice.

Marlena, their ivf coordinator, is awesome and always on top of things. You're in good hands with this boutique like reproductive medicinal center. You'll never feel like "just a number" or "just another patient". Their nurses make you laugh and feel at ease. Best place to go if you're looking to start a new family! Or even help another couple create a family.
