My experience with this place was unsatisfactory. I picked up my dogs after their 9 day stay at this facility. One dog smelled very badly around his face and his eyes had yellow discharge. His eyes were irritated and bloodshot. I was told that my dogs were bathed before pickup, which makes me wonder how attentive the caretaker was during this "bath". His eyes began to clear up after I tended to it myself. The other dog did not look well and had unusual behavior. She would do things that she has not done before in the years that I've had her. She shivers quite frequently & is also looking for a warm place to hide. Her nose was very dry which led me to suspect that she was forced to sleep in a cold area. Before I selected this pet care, I searched for reviews of this place and thought that they were reliable. I hope other pet owner learn from my experience when considering this place for their pets.
