I purchased a 2005 Ford F-150 in the fall and also purchased an extended warranty for the truck that day. That day they replaced the pinion seal on the truck prior to me driving it off the lot. Now several months later, my truck has a blown rear differential. I had it diagnosed and they said it was due to the incorrect reassembly procedure by Boyd when they replaced the pinion seal. My extended warranty company has denied my claim due to the negligence of Boyd Chevrolet. I have been in contact with Heath Bradshaw and he will take no responsibility for the negligence. Boyd Chevrolet will not get any of my business in the future because when I spend my hard earned money, I expect things to be right! Do not go here if you expect good customer service after the sale, just my opinion!

This dealership really knows its stuff! They put me in a great car with awesome rebates and saved me a lot of time and money that I would have wasted with another dealership. I am beyond satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone searching for a good deal on a new car.
