Founded by John Stickney, Oaks Card Club has been operational for more than 100 years. Formerly known as Oakland Trotting Club, it is one of Northern California's oldest card clubs. Located in Emeryville, Calif., the casino offers a wide range of amenities, such as 24-hour gaming sessions, more than 300 guest rooms and suites, a variety of restaurants, on-site recreational activities, and concierge and valet services. Oaks Card Club also offers banquet and conference rooms for business meetings, presentations, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, weddings, birthday parties and anniversaries. The casino features more than 400 slot machines and over six blackjack tables. It provides special rewards programs, cash rewards and gift certificates. The casino restaurant provides separate breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and various alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Additionally, the casino offers free passes, latest games and graphics, modern slot chairs, bonus programs, free slot play, club cards, screen instructions and personal identification numbers.
