Affordable Relocation

Do NOT use Affordable Relocation in NJ. They are HORRIBLE in every way. I called them to move me from NJ to AZ. First their sales rep Jen gave me an estimate, which she said was "binding" and even put "binding" on the estimate. And after they loaded the truck, they nearly doubled the price. Also, I paid for a full pack done by professionals. The pack job was incredibly shoddy -- two lamps that I paid $200 for each were severely broken, my mother's china was chipped, and my high-end street bike had a huge chip in the frame. My stuff was literally SHOVED into boxes. E.g. some of my framed pictures were wedged between heavy mounting equipment for my TV. I hired packers because I wanted professionals given the distance of my move, and I am very upset and disappointed. The delivery guys also put my bed together wrong and it collapsed and the wood cracked during the night. I am prepared to take legal action. SCAM!! Good luck contacting them after you book with them and leave a deposit. They add extra cubic feet to your quote (knowing you will take their word for it) so they can charge you more. We documented everything and got our $700 back that they charged us extra. Very shady company. Ended up in a ditch on our move too even after we told them not to drive that way. They are not your average moving company that is made up of inexperienced yet strong looking men. Their movers were very professional and knew exactly how to do their job. They were done packing and loading everything from my apartment in just 2 hours. The delivery was made on time and there were no damages. They're pricing is by far the best I've seen and I shopped around. We had two pick up locations. They were fast and very friendly. Having movers made the move so much easier and stress free. I've recommend them to other friends and they too agree it was worth every penny.
We had 3 people move us. The owner of the company and 2 employees. We were so impressed with the fast and friendly service that we tipped the employees for their great work. They earned it.

I called this company last minute to move between condos. I was referred to affordable relocation by a friend who was previously a very satisfied customer. They showed up 15 min EARLY and were extremely careful with all of my furniture. Upon completing the job quicker than I expected they actually charged less than the original reasonably quoted price. Definitely a company you trust and rely on.

The movers were on time, prepared, careful, quick, and an overall pleasure to work with. They were able to complete my move in record time with no major issues.

You cannot expect failure when you leave everything in the hand of experts. The least of your expectations should be diligence and it was so during my recent move to Alabama. Every mover was willing to do his part of the relocation. The services were so lovely and I am encouraging everyone to go for them.

The movers did both the picking up in Hollywood, Florida and the delivery in Joliet, Illinois, with great efficiency and professionalism. The care extended to our stuff meant everything was brought in as good condition as before the move. The competence of affordable relocaton is beyond reproach, use them.

I have to move around quite a bit and I always hire Affordable Relocation for the job. They last moved me in April. As always, they did a fabulous job. They always manage to transport all my furniture and other things safely without any damages. They do the job while maintaining the schedule as well. I have never seen them being late.
