A Formal Affair LLC Limousine

My boyfriend surprised me with chocolates and a nice stretch limo this past Monday we had a really fun time and I was really happy with the long white limo that my boyfriend surprised me with. AFA limo went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I was so happy there were flowers , chocolates, and wine, oh my face was flushed and my boyfriend gave it all to me really well. There was so much space in the back that I could lay on the seat and my boyfriend could play tricks with me. Thanks to an unforgettable experience !! This has been a fantasy for me a long time and now thanks to AFA limo and my boyfriend its a dream come true.

Excellent Service this past weekend Jan 7 2017 A Formal Affair upgraded us to a 4wd Hummer for our wedding. Very good and an excellent job during the snow storm, We are happily married and are very appreciative to A Formal Affair limo for making the trip and getting us to our destinations safely. We really appreciate Kathys Help for all of ther planning assistance and our driver Jeff was great. Thanks great help and service all the way around, Very reasonable pricing and all good help. We wish other people would take the time to leave great reviews. This company does 25 wedding per weekend according to Kathy but people never bother to go back and compliment them on a job well done well we are and we are very appreciative.

Group of friends and myself used this company for limo transportation to and from Walnut Creek in Raleigh for a concert. Absolutely the worst limo ride that I have ever experienced. The limo was very hot and there was no ice as promised. The driver was not knowledgeable about the area and took over an hour for him to locate us after the concert. We had to walk about half way around the venue to meet the driver. Someone in my party called the office and she was told that she was lying about the time to locate the driver. Very unprofessional and rude company. Will never use them again.

This company is by far the WORST company I have ever received service from. The limousine driver was very nice, but the owner of the company was very rude. After getting into the limo we discovered that the sound system did not work. The radio did not work. We explained the situation to him and he became rude very quickly. He yelled and used inappropriate language when all we wanted was to let him know that his radio was not working. He seemed to be upset that we were asking him not to charge us for the radio being dysfunctional. The TV's did not work. The air conditioner did not work properly. He charged an additional 200 dollars because "there was a grocery bag with trash in it and a few crumbs left on the floor." I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! You will definitely be disappointed! Although the vehicle was not working to the its full potential it could've been better if the owner wasn't so rude. It was almost unbelievable that he could be an owner of anything.

All I can say is, don't even bother looking at this place for a limo! I reserved a limo for my daughters 13th Birthday party at least a month in advance. The limo never showed up. I had a pick up time of 6pm, by 630, I called the company who informed me the driver left 2 hours ago, that they will call her and call me back. the driver calls and claims she's lost, that our address doesn't come up in google maps (it does).After back and forth lies, it was apparent she wasnt coming. The company offered me nothing, no replacement limo to be sent, just to wait on her. I don't think she was even in our area! So my 13year old daughter and her friends were EXTREMELY disappointed. Limo driver called and said she had to get towed, company did not know about it. The lies continued all night. My money was refunded and apology, no return call from the manager when I asked for one several times. Very unprofessional company, Go elsewhere!

We hired A Formal Affair Limousine service to provide transportation for our wedding!. Highly recommend! We rented Formal 9 and Formal 11 to transport bridal party and groomsman party. For a grand get-away we have rented Formal 5 (fantastic vehicle). Service was excellent! Limousines arrived on time and drivers were very polite and professional! Highly recommend!

Very good on–time limousine service! We recently used A Formal Affair limousine Service for our corporate event which entailed moving 100 people to and from the main club house and the event center. Drivers were very professional and courteous, dressed extremely well in suit and tie, polite, cordial and eager to assist our needs at the time of the service. We had a total of 6 vehicles: 3 limo party buses, 2 stretch Cadillac Escalades and Bentley Arnage. The party buses all arrived at the same time and ran in chronological order moving all our gusts from across the country to and from their planned destinations. Our key note speaker had a very special Bentley provided by a Formal Affair Limousine. This vehicle offered special tray tables for beverages and newspaper service. We have used the Cadillac Escalades to move our distinguished VIPs. These vehicles are particularly nice, they are the newest limousines in the area! We found this out by countless phone calls. Hands, Down A Formal Affair limo has the largest newest fleet in the area we were very pleased with service. Many of our guests were pleased with the complimentary beverage service, the company gave us mini bottles of water for everyone. The little extras that this service provides are really nice and it is nice to know they have 18 years of service industry experience. This is our 4th year of hosting this event and we had used two other companies prior to finding A Formal Affair limo so for the 1st two years we did not know what to expect however after last year we came back to this company because we felt value for money is important. We would highly recommend this company for your company function or smaller event wedding etc. We can say with confidence that everything went extremely well on our event day for the last 2 years in a row. Hats off to AFA limo !!!!

July 8th i booked this limo company and i am so happy that i did. We had a celebrity guest with us and our limo driver ROBERT , was very nice and patient. He took us from sanford nc to raleigh nc and it was a smooth and fun ride , i HIGHLY recommend to anyone , do not listen to these negative comments , this limo company deserved a 5 star

I would not recommend based on our experience with this company. My daughter texted many times complaining about the drivers speed. after their prom the limo hit a car. I emailed my displeasure to company and received a very unprofessional comment. They did not even know their driver was at fault in the accident like It states in police report. I would never again rent from this company and they need a course on customer service.

It's been a few months since I used their services but I have to tell you that I was completely happy. The car, the driver..Everything was almost perfect! And it was so sweet to get a birthday present from the company. I will definitely book a limo again.

Unfortunately A Formal Affair , LLC doesn't have a pink limo. So the limo that we've rented for our weeding was not like in my dreams, but I have to admit that I'm happy we called them. Most off all we liked our driver. He was wonderful. It seemed like he was one of my uncles - he seemed to care about my weeding. Thank you A Formal Affair!

My new wife and I booked our wedding limo from A Formal Affair limo we were p[leased with the limo and the simple procedure to book and schedule. we had multiple limos last weekend for the wedding all limos and busses arrived on time despite the rain on the day of the wedding. All drivers were dressed well with good attitudes and seemed willing to help when help was needed.



We thank you for the service we received from A formal Affair limo. If you are getting married use A Formal Affair limo I would say they are the best service out there. Extremely well stocked on limos and have the nicest selection. check out the website we selected 3 vehicles for our wedding a bus for our guests for shuttling from hotel to wedding and 2 white limos for bride and bridesmaids and groomsmen for there separate transportation. I scheduled and booked for my wife's b-day trip in stretch limo, we received b-day balloons and gift very nice trip this past Wednesday Jan 9 12. The experience was very good and extremely professional.



My wife was surprised when I booked her for Relaxation Station she was very happy when the limo arrived and picked her and her friends up.

I had called all over the area to find rates but AFA limo gave me the best customer service, and have the nicest limos for the best rates. We were very pleased with the limo and the service we received. The experience was well worth several more dollars than that of a cheaper competitor using an out dated vehicle model.



It is true that these limos are beautiful and that if you damage something then you will be charged accordingly. Can you imagine having a nice limo and then having an intoxicated party person damage something. There must be a way of compensating the company for the damages done by a customer. We are pleased a Formal affair limo has a damage control system in place to keep there limos looking nice and the limos are non smoking. Many other companies do not and the result is ruff. Other limo services let people smoke and eat what ever they like etc. A Formal Affair limo does not. Although A Formal affair is stricter I can tell you first hand the limos are nicer newer and there is a more professional atmosphere surrounding the company.



I rented a limo for my wedding from this company 5 years ago and was very pleased that when I came back this time their entire 20-25 vehicle fleet has been changed and upgraded to showcase some very rare and desirable limo's although I could not afford the Hummer H2 limo I was really happy with the beautiful formal #9 LIMO we picked out.

Excellent time this past Friday night limo Bus was great my wife received complimentary balloons and free gift from AFA limo. Paul was excellent in setting up reservation process. will use again limo clean and nice we appreciated the time that staff took to plan and accommodate our trip.
