        Unfortunately I went back to Family Video after two years of leaving it, paid the extra charge in advance to have half off movies for a month. After four movies (in one weekend) they forgot to take off the block and wanted me to come there to have it removed. Explaining to the manager I live literally two blocks away they denied sending someone out. Customer service is severly lacking these days. It must be nice being the only game in town.
