Peoples Community State Bank

The bank overall is ok. A little behind the times. No way to pay loan online or over the phone. Also, every time I called the Ellington branch I spoke to this awful woman named Shauna. She was so rude and unhelpful. I could not say 1 of our interactions pleasant. The 1st time I spoke with her I thought maybe I sounded rude and put her on the defense, but every single time we spoke she was rude. Even when I tried to kill her with kindness. One time I was late with my payment and she called my grandparents who co-signed. She exaggerated and told them I was 2 months behind. I was not. She was counting the next months payment late even though it was not due yet. I wasn't 30 days late with even my first payment. She scared my grandmother and lied to her. So unprofessional. Then when I called to ask her why she would do that and politely ask her to call me first in the future, she was again, very rude. I will not get a loan at this bank again. If nothing else, to avoid this woman!
