Bay Country Landscape & Maintenance

When you see the sign Bay Country, run the other way. We began our saga last year when we hired them to complete minimal landscaping for our front yard. We were very pleased with the results and chose them to complete a rather large patio project in our backyard. After a few missed start dates came and went, we were placated by Bill Sr. (the owner). The work was completed, and they wanted money even before some minor issues were corrected. When we noticed settling after about 8 months, we called BC again. In April, we were told by Bill Jr. that the minor corrections were not a big deal and they were about two weeks out. It's now mid-June and nothing has been corrected. Plus, we were unable to reach either Bills by phone or email until we informed them we had contacted the BBB. Only then did I receive a call by Bill Jr. full of mistruths (we called you to tell you we were not coming, etc.) He informed me that the work would be done by the end of June...we can only hope.
