        Dr. Mandy Trotter was great, as far as the rest, the sheltons are ripoff artists. I love my cats, but I would rather see them die rather than do any business with the sheltons. And the office staff are beyond rude. Take your pet to animal Medical Clinic in Palatka. She is compassionate and will charge about a third of what Sheltons prices are.

        I've been taking our dogs here for years and have greatly appreciated both the veterinarian services and the care from the staff that they have provided.

        The young girl Vet. very helpf...

        The young girl Vet. very helpful , friendly & knowledgeable. The front office people very rude. Didn`t want to answer me, didn`t look at my face, kept looking at her computer screen. Never smiled, never greeted anyone. I felt like a was bothering the one girl (big dark blonde haired woman), The worst customer service I have seen in years. The big blonde(no name tag) should be ashamed of herself.
