Les Schwab Tire Center

I have been a loyal customer to Les Schwab for a long time. This week I brought my car in to get four new tires put on. While my car was in your care one of the studs on the front driver side were broken off. No one informed me about it. Two days later I notices and called the Elko NV Les Schwab where I had my tires put on Gus answered the phone. He told me it was perfectly safe to drive it that way and if I brought it in any time they would have it fixed. It has now been four days since I had my tires put on and I brought my car in to get the stud fixed. The man helping me told me I needed an appointment to get something fixed that they broke in the first place. I asked if I could leave the car there and wait for them to get to it today he told me no. I got hot and left so I wouldn’t say things in front of other customers.

After I left I called and asked for a manager Lisa is who I got. I told her my story and she asked if I had already been in that day, I replied yes. Then she went off on me for saying one bad word while I was in the shop. I hung up and called back the man who answered the phone this time was nice. He told me to bring it in and wait, or make an appointment. I am very unhappy with how I was treated a manager should never yell at a customer, and employees need to be on the same page about procedures so that people don’t get bounced around. Also why wasn’t it fixed the first time I was in there when they broke it, and shouldn’t some one have at least told me it had been broke. I feel as though I can not trust the people working on my car there anymore.
