I purchased a 2011 Ram from Greg S. a few weeks ago and loved the experience! I could really tell Greg was listening to my needs and helping me meet my financial goals needed to purchase this vehicle. Greg communicated everything to me very well throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier with him. After having the truck a few weeks...a little over a month...I began to notice a small problem while fueling up. Gas would spill out of the fill port instead of shutting off the pump! I called Lochmandy and they were quick to get my truck in for a diagnosis and needed to replace the entire fuel tank. I was not happy about hearing this until without me saying anything, they informed me they would cover the entire cost! At this point I was baffled by the great service I was experiencing since I was used to the service around the corner at the Cadillac/Nissan dealership. I scheduled my appt. to have this repair done and was asked to drive my truck as much as possible to get as much fuel out of the old tank as possible. While doing this, something must have happened as I began to notice I now had grease all over the wheel well and must have damaged my CV boot. Well, I can't complain about having to pay for this as they're already nice enough to cover the fuel tank so I'll just suck it up and pay for the repair. BUT WAIT! I almost collapsed on the floor (not really but I'm trying to sell you on how great these guys are) when Austin, my tech handling my truck, informed us he would be replacing the axle at no cost also! These guys are great! The only disappointment I have is that I still have a almost a year left on my Nissan lease and can't trade it in now to take another vehicle off Lochmandy's lot! I have yet to encounter any technicians that have been so quick, informative, and easy to talk to than Austin at Lochmandy's. We buy more vehicles than the average person so we always refer to the sales person as "our" sales person as if no other person is allowed to try and sell us anything. Our sales guy used to reside around the corner at the Nissan place but now OUR guy is definitely Greg S.! Keep up the great work Lochmandy's! Have I mentioned how great they are? Man I love these guys and gals!!

I wanted to get my credit reestablished after some past mishaps. My research showed that auto financing was the fast way to improve credit. I saw Walters ads for easy financing. I got a call from Zack after submitting information on cars.com and he walked me through a pretty simple qualifying process and I scheduled an appointment. I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early and met with Brian who got right into the finance approval process. After about 25 minutes or so I was approved and they showed me a couple of vehicles that work for my down payment options. I ended up with a nice truck and got approved on their stair step program to reestablish my credit quickly, which was the main reason I wanted to finance anyways. I opted not for the extended warranty as they have a cool program called their "Service Special", for any customers who purchase a vehicle from them, where I can get work done to my vehicle at cost for parts and labor. I think there labor rate at cost was $35 and I know the last time I had work on my other vehicle the labor rate was above $100 at that shop. I have never heard of any dealer doing a program like this and I think its a great idea and benefit to me. I look at it as why buy a warranty I may not use when I can use this discounted service special if/when needed. Overall it was a good experience and I'm looking forward to accelerating my credit with on time payments. Thank you Zack, Brian and Walters!
This is truly a great place to buy a new or pre owned vehicle. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car. David Hancock was the sales rep that handled my purchase. I highly recommend asking for him, he will take care of you and help you find a car that fits your budget and that you are happy with. No high pressure sales tactics, no bull. Just great honest folks here at Lochmandy. I bought a 2009 Chevy Malibu LTZ about a week and a half ago. It had a few minor problems that they were not aware of but they went above and beyond to take care of of the matters. Including setting me up with a rental car so I was not without a vehicle. A+ rating Thank you for you awesome customer service.
