Over all love the 24 hour access.. Wouldn't you want to clean the bed anyways... to make sure that its clean before you get in I do it at EVERY tanning place regardless. Its really not that big of a deal ... And i agree that guy was worthless glad to hear he is gone.

Tan24 ROCKS, the fact that it's open 24 hours, staff is friendly,pricing is very good and the beds are the best in the city, The only problem is that you have to clean the beds yourself after hours, because there is no staff after hours which is no big deal, during staff hours they clean the beds. The 24 hour access is what I like. They have a really good idea but only if they could find a robot to clean the beds after hour. Ha Ha.

TERRIBLE customer service! The only guy that works there is constantly on the phone or internet and doesn't clean beds or even say hi when you walk in the door. Note in the room tells you to clean your own bed even if someone is working. I did the basic beds a few times and got zero color. Was really disapointed in this place!
