        The bleach blonde at the front desk was rude to me when I brought my daughter in for a booster shot. Even though I had spoken to staff earlier when I made the appointment about not needing to see a provider and just scheduling a nurse-only for the shot, the rude mouthy receptionist snooped through my daughters previous appointments and proceeded to chastise me for "not having her seen" since years before! Somehow she thinks it is her job to guilt trip and shame parents about past medical visits even though it is none of her business! She was also very loud broadcasting our personal family business throughout the front area by loudly exclaiming my daughter's last appointment and with which provider! She was naming off visit dates and which doctor she saw. Unprofessional rude and unqualified. Ever heard of HIPPA? never going back.
