Facilities are okay if a little worn in areas. Class offerings are good if a little overcrowded in the evening and staff is friendly. Childcare is not the best. Frequently has high child/caregiver ratios especially in the evening. Always has a TV on and is in a very small room that is often overcrowded. They do not follow their own written childcare policies and the management doesn't care about member concerns. Plus they are one of the only gyms that actually charge for childcare if you don't have a family account. May be good for parents of older children but not so much if they are smaller.

Do the right thing
Unfortunately this gym does not go by the stated requirements that are on their membership form or cancellation form: to cancel your membership due to moving more than 25 miles away from the facility, you must give 30 days notice before your requested cancel date with proof of upcoming move. They have obviously gotten by with charging an extra month here and there with other military members due to a "report date" on military orders. If you give 30 days notice that you are moving, be sure you get it in writing that your membership will be cancelled 30 days after giving notice to them, as it states it should be in their documents. If you are in the military, they will try to cancel your membership on the date of your stated report date on orders. This obviously typically gives them another month, maybe 2, of charging you without you even being there! Not fair, and not right. They stated to me that this is what they have always done...and that is supposed to make it right?

Family Fun for Everyone is Right!
When I moved to this area, I never expected to find a facility like E'town Swim & Fitness Center. There are activities for people of all ages to enjoy while getting fit. Their outdoor Olympic sized pool is a blast, hosting a low, medium, and high dive platform. Indoor/Outdoor basketball, racquetball, volleyball, tennis and 3 aerobic studios are only a few of their amenities. They also have a Ladies Zone - a gym builty specifically for women, a dry sauna in each locker room, a co-ed spa, 3 tanning beds and a Nail Gallery.
Their friendly staff makes going to the gym enjoyable. I'm glad to have a place like this in the area. Makes Kentucky feel a little more like home. -
Rudness, Dirt, and Mold OH MY!!!!

This is my first message, but my experience was so horrible that I thought that I would do everyone a favor by relaying the message. I am sure that this place should be inspected for mold (I am unsure if this falls under any laws or not). The place is dirty, there is a serious lack of equipment, the pool is dirty can improperly taken care of, the staff is rude (the manager in particular) and every time I do complain they are always quick to run down their competition (have a little integrity and go out of business already) Do your self a favor and DO NOT even think of this gym as an option when choosing the right gym for you.
