Stevens Septic Tank Services

Made me prepay $250 for service they promised to do the next day they never showed up never called. These guy will leave you hanging when you need them. They are not trust worthy.

They had a hold back earlier due to mechanical error, But when they arrived and drained my septic tank they made sure that it was doing what it was suppose to do! Their Service I am Very Pleased with.

Considering the fact that they had to educate me on where the Tank was! But, They got the Job done and Complete, Very Satisfied with the Result's 2 days without Plumbing is not Good, But being back in Service I'm Happy! Thanks

Got the problem solved, and taken care of. Very affordable. They done a wonderful job. My husband n I was very please.

Do not use stevens septic called him said he would come out But NEVER showed up been calling for a week now he wont answer the phone ....last time we spoke to him he said your next ill be there soon STILL NO SHOW....

Do not use Stevens Septic Services!!! We used them for an emergency call on 7/30/15. About half way through the process Mr. Stevens gave us the price of $275 and I paid him. As they were finishing one of the workers came over and said that will be $310. I informed him that I had already paid Mr. Stevens what he quoted me. They told me they had emptied my 1000 gallon tank and left. I had asked them to leave the septic tank uncovered for my plumber who was coming on 8/3 to work on the tank. When my plumber arrived he informed me the tank was more than half full with old sludge. There are only 3 of us in the house with a thousand gallon tank. Since we have been having major issues with the septic system backing up into the house we did not use any water for the 4 days between (thankful for a great neighbor who allowed us use of their facilities). When I called Stevens Septic to ask about why the tank had not been emptied they said they had emptied it dry and hung up on me. I called back 3 more times requesting to speak with the owner and was hung up on each time. The last time I called I informed them I would be reporting them to the BBB, Consumer Affairs and filing a claim and was told that the owner would call me back shortly - that was 2 days ago. This company has a great scam going - pump a little out of your tank, charge you full price. Tank is covered back up, no one's double checking to make sure it was emptied. They get the money and called back sooner than if they had actually emptied the tank. Avoid this company - they are rude and scammers.

Amazing! Service was excellent and the men who came out were both honest and considerate. They even put up with my questions about how the system works without hesitation. I wish that they provided other services...i would use them for everything!!!
