Provided by DexKnowsVery disappointed in the owner's handling of my complaint. First, the pool techs failed to uncover my pool properly by letting water onto cover which spilled back out with the leaves into my crystal clear pool when opening the pool. Very amateur. I had siphoned all of the water off. They also failed to move the ladder into the pool and they turned on the pump without the pool having the correct amount of water in it. Supposedly, it would have shut off but I went ahead and did it myself. They left all of the leaves in the pool. Very careless and sloppy. I requested that they clean the mess up and put the A Frame ladder where it was supposed to go. The owner or his brother (they sound alike) pretended to have just moved here from Italy and said Steve, the owner, was in New York. I was told the opposite by the store manager. Every time I questioned the owner, he would talk over me and claim to be too busy and even said, "Muchos Gracias" at the end of the conversation. So he is an Italian who speaks Spanish, I guess. Very unprofessional. The solution would/should have been to clean up their mess and apologize. Travis, the manager, even said they should have put the ladder in the pool and turned off the pump. They were wrong and failed to open my pool properly. Save yourself some grief. They do not have experienced pool technicians and the owner is rude. They did not tighten the hose last year and water spilled out as we were filling it up. Travis made it right, but I should have learned from that incident. Needless to say, they are not getting paid for dumping leaves in my pool and not opening the pool properly this year. He made it seem like he did me a favor by offering not to charge me, but I reminded him that it should be free since they did such a sloppy job. No brainer. I made too much sense. This pool company does not strike me as being very business savvy. His attitude and practices are a reflection of how business is going. Good businesses handle complaints and mistakes properly and professionally. In turn, they receive returning and new customers. Neptune Pools needs to take a refresher course on how to treat customers more respectfully and professionally. I've already found a new pool company to use and the rep said they gained another one of Neptune Pool's customers this past week. Nice to know that I was not the only one who had such a disappointing experience.

Provided by DexKnowsWe purchased a pool liner from this company and not only did they take 3 months to put it in but as soon as they installed the liner the pool started loosing water. The owner would not come and check the pool to see where the water was going and it has now been 2 months since all of this happened and the pool is still loosing water. I will never use this company again. Not only did I have to pay full price for everything they did but I will have to get a lawyer to get the pool fixed.
