First Utility District of Carter County

This water district stinks. They tell you one thing and do something else. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP EVERYTHING FROM THEM!!! If you don't keep every piece of paper from them they will cheat you! They don't know what they are doing. They need to bring someone in there that knows how to run a business. All the ones that work there are dumb and don't know how to stick their fingers up their rear.
The First Utility District of Carter County Stink! If you move to stoney creek, DIG A WELL and don't use them. It don't do any good to listen what they say because they change what they say everytime you talk to them...
