We used Schumacher to move our household goods from NY to UK and were super pleased with their services and also their partner agents in the UK. We dealt with Steve in NY and found him really friendly and very helpful.
Their initial quote was pretty accurate to what we ended up paying and there were no hidden costs after that point.
Everything arrived in the UK to our door in just under a month which was amazingly a fortnight earlier than they had quoted and the whole moving process was so seamless, the moving guys both in NY and with UK agent were lovely, helpful and so considerate of our belongings, nothing was broken and they were fast and efficient. They helped pack everything up carefully and also unpacked everything in the UK and took all the boss and packing mess away.
We would definitely recommend them for price, reliability, efficiency and generally making our move so easy.

Schumacher Cargo handled a recent shipment from the UK. They were very efficient keeping us informed of our shipments arrival into the port and progress through customs. The delivery was made quickly and the team who came were well organised, polite and did a great job! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Got serious trouble with the papers from seller, not correct Title. Schumacher helped out with good solution, was extremely helpful and patient the weeks this problem took to solve. I shipped a classic car from the US to UK using Schumacher. The quality of service was outstanding

I have had contact with Filip from Schumacher in connection with transportation of a motorcycle from the States to Australia. He has been nothing other than friendly, helpful and extremely professional, to the extent of helping chase paperwork from the original seller! I have been impressed and delighted by the service I have received and would highly recommend this company!

First these guys charged me exorbitant fees (more than $600, after claiming on the phone that it'd be "some small assorted fees,") to take my shipment to a $285 customs inspection (additionally they charged me an extra 4.6% for paying with a credit card). When I tried to talk to them they told me pay it, or I'll never see my shipment, & if I wait too long they'll start charging me for storage.



Then once I paid that, they didn't deliver it immediately as promised, these guys held my shipment hostage for months because of a dispute with another company, refused to tell me what's going on, & refused to fix the problem (or let me fix it) until I contacted the Better Business Bureau & threatened legal action.



Both my shipping coordinator Tim Gallardo, & his boss Nik Nikoukar, were hard to get on the phone, dishonest, rude, & useless.



Stay away at all costs!

Schumacher Cargo were recommended to me and so when we were moving from California to Australia, I contacted them. From the very beginning to the end, the company and in particular Mark Neville were extremely helpful. Mark was always available to answer questions and to assist in the filling out of the paperwork. The company was always willing to assist and were great at following up and getting in touch about the date to come and collect our things. The guys on the day of the move were fantastic. The shipment arrived at our home yesterday and as we begin to unpack, we can see how carefully things were packed and in good condition everything is. I can highly recommend Schumacher.

I used Schumacher for a large shipment of household goods for a move to Ireland. Mark Neville was the agent who assisted me in Gardena and he was top notch. He went out of his way to help us organize the move and he made the paperwork easy. The cargo arrived when he said it would and the guys who delivered it in Ireland were great. I shipped from Europe and their European Shipping Partner let me know when Schumacher will take over. Right away I was contacted by Mr. Luis Serrano and he kept me informed about every stage (port, customs, etc.) upon arrival in the US. When it was delivered, we were helped with unpacking, we accidentally gave back a box that still had an unpacked,expensive item in it. After the Crew left, we noticed and I called them. The Crew checked the box at their next destination and found the item. It was brought to me on their way back from this other customer the next day. They went out of their way, to make sure, that ALL was delivered to me. I want to thank Dimitri and his 2 colleges for it, as this was our own fault, that this had happened. Everyone at Schumacher Cargo Logistics was handling everything very professional, friendly and with utmost honesty!
