Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise has taken a fall since the departure of Norma. The turnover rate is RIDICULOUS. I was disrespected by the assistant manager Jenna. She was blatantly rude and behavior was very abrupt. Inside of the facility, there was a bad aura; negative energy; and a lot of interns. I was surprised by the branch manager's demeanor. Mia has always been pleasant. But it appears she has caught that bad vibe as well. As the result, I was hurt and canceled my reservations. It is a shame there is one rental company in Elizabeth City. However, the outcome was grand. I went to ORF at the Alamo counter and the customer service experience made the trip to the airport well worth it. Thank you, Enterprise, for your horrible service. It led me to a much better place.

Both of my experiences in Edenton and Elizabeth City were very good. Didn't have no problem and the staff was very understanding about everything. Sam and Mia 100% from me. I will be back soon. Thanks again Enterprise.

I have never used Enterprise for a rental car and never will if they all run the way this one does. Two separate occassions I have called this store to reserve a rental car because my car was in/headed to the shop. Both times, the lady who answered the phone took my information and said she would look to see if they had something available and then call me back. When I never received a call back, I tried calling again, and my calls were never answered. The second time, which was an emergency situation, when I tried calling back after not hearing back from her, I found out they were already closed for the day -- the worker just left for the day without any regard that I was stranded! It's difficult with not many options in Elizabeth City, but you are better off taking your business up north to Chesapeake/Norfolk/VA Beach if you are able.
