Del's Appliance Service

Had a leak in frig water line. Called Del's on 25 Aug 2016. He came out on 29 Aug and put splice on water line. Charged $105.00 for call. I called him the next day and reported his splice was leaking worse than before. He said he would see me soon. I called back three times to check on repair. I called on 7 Sep. and told him to forget the repair and asked for my money back. So far no refund. I purchased new line from Sears and installed it myself. Del has refunded my money.

Service was great. He knew what it needed before he came. Ordered the part got it in, works perfect.
